In a deleted scene from The Batman, Robert Pattinson's titular hero meets the Joker in a new image released by DC. Matt Reeves co-wrote and directed the picture, which follows Bruce Wayne in his second year of combating crime in Gotham City as he discovers a convoluted network of corruption that stretches all the way back to his father's death. Furthermore, Batman is dealing with the rise of serial murderer The Riddler, who is leaving cryptic clues at all of his crime sites and targeting Gotham's elite, including Wayne.
nullThe Batman also stars Zoe Kravitz as Selina Kyle/Catwoman, Paul Dano as The Riddler, Jeffrey Wright as Lieutenant Jim Gordon, John Turturro as Carmine Falcone, Andy Serkis as Alfred Pennyworth, and Colin Farrell as The Penguin, in addition to Pattinson. The ensemble cast's performances, Reeves' directing, action sequences, and fascinating tale have all received positive reviews from reviewers and spectators alike. The Batman revealed a lot of intriguing characters for the film's future shared universe ambitions, and now fans are getting their first complete look at one of the most important characters who was concealed throughout the movie.
nullWarner Bros. has released a deleted scene from The Batman, less than a month after the picture initially hit theaters. Pattinson's Batman meets Barry Keoghan's Joker at Arkham Asylum for a scary talk in the video. Check out the following deleted scene:

Even though the timing of its release may surprise some, it shouldn't come as a shock to see Joker cameo in a deleted scene from The Batman. Before the movie production, Reeves suggested that Keoghan had a "really cool" moment removed from it, which he stated would most likely be revealed, "after the movie comes out." Unfortunately, the filmmaker did not provide an explanation for why The Batman deleted sequence was kept out of the final edit or a release date, however now that it has come, fans no longer have to wait with baited breath for further clips of Keoghan's Joker.
nullAlthough the Batman deleted clip does not show Keoghan's Joker's face in its entirety, it does provide plenty of intriguing glances of his horrible smile, which Reeves claims the villain has had since birth, as well as his scarred head and patchy head of hair. It also cemented Keoghan as the universe's Joker, even though Reeves is unclear who would play the lead villain in The Batman 2, which is now in development, or when he will return in the new series. The Batman, which is presently in cinemas and will premiere on HBO Max on April 19, will include the rest of Keoghan's Joker video.
