In today's world, social media has become a significant issue. It has become rather bad, with people faking entire aspects of their lives and/or appearance to the point where they genuinely get depression from staring at all these "beautiful people."
Do not misunderstand me; there is nothing intrinsically wrong with wanting to edit your images to make them appear a little better, but these people went very overboard and went crazy.
