Sometimes you will come across some designs that are so questionable, making you wonder about the brains behind these fails. We can admit that all of us make mistakes at least once in a while. Yet, some errors are hardly acceptable, like the designs in the list we have collected below. These failures are so obvious that no person can ignore the problems at first glance. Ridiculously, people who made them a reality cannot. Or they are just too lazy to review their works, letting them become epic fails.
