There have been so many movies over the years that did have a really interesting plot, a plot that would keep you invested but still, you couldn’t manage to finish the whole thing and get bored right off. Ever wonder why was that the case? Well, that was probably because they put in the wrong cast for the wrong role. It’s like trying to cast Tom Cruise as a lead in a romantic movie, you cannot expect that movie to do good because Tom Cruise is an action-adventure protagonist, and he does not have the expressions of romance in his arsenal. And can you imagine Arnold Schwarzenegger doing a comedy role? It just won’t work out the way it did for him in The Terminator, where it felt like he was set for that character. So it’s a fact that just because you have a billion-dollar cast in your flick, doesn’t necessarily mean it will do good. Having a great script but wrong casting can cause problems, but if you have a brilliant cast and an amazing script, the movies still work out because the actors and actresses have the competence to turn it around. And when they seek a cast that is both skillful and looks exactly like the character they are supposed to play, consider it a jackpot.
