Nothing is perfect, but these films can be quite close to it. To this day many people still believe that these masterpiece movies are flawless. They have everything you can ask for in a great movie: amazing plots, memorable characters, beautiful imagery, and touching messages.
So prepare to get your mind blown away with these masterpiece movies. If you have not watched them before, then you’re missing out big time.

1. Pan's Labyrinth

Pan's Labyrinth is a masterpiece created by the brilliant mind of Guillermo del Toro. Everything about this movie is beautiful in one way or another. It’s a rebellious fairytale than can make even the toughest grown adults cry.
It’s hard to explain the brilliance of this movie without spoilers. However, we can guarantee you that the visual is gorgeous, the symbolism is ceaseless, and every character has a great story to tell. It’s a solid 10/10.

2. Everything Everywhere All at Once

Just like the title suggests, Everything Everywhere All at Once is a movie with, well, everything in it. It has sci-fi, action, drama, comedy, and pretty much everything else. And every aspect of this movie was executed exceptionally well. It can be both a funny movie to entertain yourself, or a film with a deeper meaning that makes you have to rewatch it over and over again.

3. Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse

Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse must be one of the best Spider-Man movies ever. It’s flawless. From the plot to the characters to the animation, everything is just 10/10. Yes, the main character isn’t Peter Parker, but Miles Morales’s story is just as great, if not more than Peter’s. Not a single thing needs to be changed.

4. The Godfather And The Godfather II

The Godfather is ranked as one of the best movies of all time, and its sequel The Godfather II also on that list. If you haven’t watched The Godfather then you’re missing out a big time. And if you haven’t watched its sequel, you’re gonna regret it. In both movies the acting is top-notch, the story is great, and the cinematography is absolutely perfect. The main characters in both movies are just iconic.

5. Mrs. Doubtfire

Mrs. Doubtfire holds a special place in the hearts of many people. It’s a heartwarming story that will bring a smile to your face, even in your toughest times. The plot, the acting, the pace, and the comedy in this movie are perfect. You can watch it over and over again without feeling bored.

6. How to Train Your Dragon

The entire series was beautiful. Everything was great. No unnecessary plot twists, no flat characters, no cringy jokes, and very few pointless scenes. It’s a great movie for not only children but also adults alike.

7. Legally Blonde

Legally Blonde is one of the best masterpiece movies out there and everybody should watch it at least once in their lifetime. Whether you’re a fan of chick flicks or not, you will fall in love with the positive messages that this film brings to you. This is the movie that will restore your faith in humanity.

8. Shawshank Redemption

Shawshank Redemption is a legendary movie, and it deserves every praise it gets. This movie shows you the cruelty of humanity, the injustice of our world, and the darkness inside everyone’s mind. But for every dark aspect of life, Shawshank Redemption gives you the beauty of hope, of love, and a very satisfying ending.

Nothing can beat the epicness of the opening sequence in Up. Seriously, the concept of balloons lifting a whole house up in the sky is just so cool that it will forever live rent-free in our minds. And the flashback scenes are so emotional and powerful that they will bring tears to your eyes every time you think about them.

Back to the Future is a great combination of comedy, action, and sci-fi. Not a single character is boring. The script is tight and the time-travel plots are amazing.
