Making a Hollywood film is a challenging task. That is why filmmakers strive so hard to provide the best films to the viewers. Some iconic moments in movies become popular and received a lot of attention from the public. Kissing scenes are one of those scenes.
There have been many famous unscripted kisses on screen throughout film and television history. Most of the time, these are meticulously planned ahead of time. After all, how else could everything have gone so smoothly? Kisses in real life are frequently messy and embarrassing, but they are ideal in movies. The wind is blowing gently, and not a single hair is out of place.
However, there are actors who decided to take the movie to the next level with their improvisation. There have been a few kissing scenes that are not intended and yet occur spontaneously during filming. It's not uncommon for the director to tell his or her co-stars to pucker up during a scene. At times, it is the players themselves who pitch the intense expression of affection to their director. Below are some unplanned onscreen kissing moments for you to enjoy.

This film is recognized as one of the most romantic of all time, with its legendary kiss in the field capable of breaking anyone's heart. Helena Bonham Carter admitted that it was a roller coaster journey for her: "You know the kiss that ended up being something everyone loved?" "That was totally improvised, right at the last minute," the actress claims, adding that she was trying hard not to giggle when Sands kissed her because she was inexperienced. We're glad Helena stayed present!#2 Jennifer Lawrence and Amy Adams in American Hustle

Amy Adams said that she and Jennifer Lawrence agreed to violently kiss in the middle of their characters' battle despite the fact that nothing substantially similar was in the script: "We were talking about the scene and I was like, 'How about if she kisses her?'" 'And [the filmmaker] realized... Jennifer was up for it. It was like the perfect exclamation point to a terrible debate."#3 Mark Hamill and Carrie Fisher in Star Wars: The Last Jedi

The reunion of Luke and Leia after years apart was the most moving moment in the film. In that scene, Mark Hamill vanished and gave the late Carrie Fisher an unforeseen but poignant kiss on the forehead, which marked the characters' and actors' final farewell: "I didn't decide it and say, 'Can I do this?'" 'I mean, in the take — I'm not sure if we prepared it or not — it just happened. I was standing up, and they weren't prepared. And we did it again for a second take, and as I said, it was completely spontaneous."#4 Woody Harrelson and Elizabeth Banks in The Hunger Games: Mockingjay — Part 2

We didn't see this kiss in the last installment of The Hunger Games trilogy coming, but we'd be lying if we claimed we didn't want it. "Woody and I went into that moment, that wasn't written, we improv'd that," Banks explained. We decided to go ahead with it, and the director said, 'I love it.' "I have a crush on Elizabeth Banks, I'm not going to lie." Harrelson also revealed that he probably liked the moment even more than we did: "I have a crush on Elizabeth Banks, I'm not going to lie."#5 Chris Pratt and Bryce Dallas Howard in Jurassic World

In one sequence, Howard's character summons inner strength and saves Pratt's character. He then offers her a gorgeous and cinematic kiss as a token of admiration and gratitude. In truth, Chris Pratt was just thinking on his feet: "[The kiss] was spontaneous." It wasn't written in...We shot the sequence exactly as it was written—there was no kiss. And then, on the last day, what you see in the movie happened... Everyone was applauding. It was fantastic! ”#6 Indira Varma and Gemma Whelan in Game of Thrones

It's startling to learn that there was an unscripted intimate moment between the characters on a program like Game of Thrones. However, when Varma and Whelan's characters finally met in season 7, the actresses believed it was natural to end the moment with a flirty kiss. "It wasn't planned for us to kiss," Varma explained. It just seemed like the right thing to do."#7 Max Greenfield and Jake Johnson in New Girl

Greenfield had his own idea for his and Johnson's friendship on the program, and he tried kissing him multiple times, which became a running farce on New Girl. "Max improvised kissed me a bunch on the show," Jake claimed, and Greenfield had to persuade him: "Jake was against it at first, and I said: 'Just go with it, let it happen, let it be free, let it be in the moment.'"#8 Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth in The Last Song

Miley and Liam's previous affair grew on the set of The Last Song, and it all began with an unexpected kiss. Hemsworth claimed that they were filming on the beach on the first day of work and that they went straight into the lovey-dovey stuff: "The funny thing about that scene was that there was no kiss in that scene originally." And the director was saying stuff throughout the action, and about halfway through she said, 'Kiss! 'So we really were thrust into it, which was wonderful because, you know, I didn't have time to worry about it."#9 Bill Murray and Scarlett Johansson in Lost in Translation

Bill Murray, the master of humor, supposedly enjoyed keeping his co-star on her toes during filming Lost in Translation. The memorable farewell between their characters, according to director Sofia Coppola, was never planned to feature a kiss. Murray was the one who followed his instincts and created something very unique: "It was always meant to be this tender goodbye where they both knew that they had touched each other in some way." And I remember him continually springing stuff on her, and it was fascinating to see her reaction."
