One of the most infamous plot holes comes from the 1999 film The Matrix. The bad guy Cypher betrays his allies and hands over Neo to Agent Smith. He, on his own, strikes a deal with the agent in exchange for everything returning to normal. However, as stated at the start of the film, a minimum of two persons are required to enter and leave the matrix. One person controls the access by hacking the code, allowing the other to enter. How did he manage to run the system all by himself? Well, Cypher was a skilled programmer who had created software to automate the procedure. That code may be seen on the screen in the scene where he talks to Neo. Duh!

The animated film's producers, Rob Minkoff and Don Hahn, stated that Scar and Mufasa are not brothers. So why didn't they do it?The problem is that their coven must remain close for their protection.
