These stories cover everything about them, including wild speculations about who they are dating. A famous person can't go undetected in any part of the world. It's easy to assume that famous people don't struggle with the same issues as the average person.
Even while many famous people hire security guards or keep bodyguards with them at all times, this is not the case for everyone working in the Entertainment sector. Even the wealthy and famous might find themselves the victims of violent crime and theft at some point in their lives.

1. Harry Styles

Harry Styles told Howard Stern he was robbed on Valentine's Day. The singer saw hooded men on his way home. When he walked out, they followed. He told Stern that no one knew him. One guy saw his headphones wire and demanded his phone. Styles didn't open his phone even after a man pulled his shirt to show him a knife.
Styles thought about how inconvenient it would be to lose all the data on his phone, including the images, videos, contacts, and lyrics he recorded every night. The incident happened before Styles' Brit Awards performance. He says he wasn't scared and quips that it wouldn't have happened if he wasn't alone on Valentine's Day.

While in Paris in December 2012, supermodel Naomi Campbell was involved in a horrific tragedy. While Campbell was waiting for a taxi in the streets of Paris, he was severely attacked. She suffered a broken leg after being thrown to the ground and kicked by her attacker. She insisted that she had hidden her passport and other valuables from the robber, even though she was seen using a wheelchair and crutches to get around.

In October 2016, Kanye's ex-girlfriend was mugged in her hotel room during Paris Fashion Week. Criminals acting as police officers handcuffed and armed Kardashian in the bathtub and stole her jewelry. The $4 million ring was sold for $11 million in jewelry. RadarOnline.com alleged that an illicit jewelry trafficking network was accused of arranging and planning the crime. The celebrity's stolen possessions were melted down and sold in Antwerp, Belgium.

The singer and talk show host Nicole Scherzinger was the victim of a kidnapping and armed robbery. The always-fit ex-member of the Pussycat Dolls was on her way to a music video shoot in the Mexican countryside in 2011 when she was stopped by men armed to the teeth. According to the Daily Mail, Scherzinger and her pal were attacked but were finally freed by her assailants. The crime was suspected of having been committed by a local gang. It is unknown, however, if the muggers made off with any valuables.

In June 2008, Matthew McConaughey went to Nicaragua and stayed in San Juan Del Sur. According to the Irish Examiner, the actor was having so much fun at a local pub that he started dancing on the tables. At one point, the actor lost his flip-flops, but luckily nobody stole them, and people in the audience quickly found them. He was a little tipsy, so his friends walked him back to his villa hotel room. But another person took advantage of the situation by walking into his unlocked hotel room and stealing his cell phone and $2,000 in cash.

In 1982, Rod Stewart walked to his parked automobile in West Hollywood, California, with his assistant and 3-year-old daughter. Penny Lancaster's husband delivered the keys to a gunman after being threatened. Stewart helped the criminal steal a $50,000 black Porsche by starting the engine. Stewart's car was stolen before, so it's unknown if it was recovered. A former rock star gardener stole and crashed his Dodge Viper in 2004.

In 2005, Benedict Cumberbatch was in South Africa when he was the victim of a terrifying carjacking. The Sherlock actor and his fellow actors were traveling alone on the N2, which runs from Cape Town to Ermelo and is the main highway in the country when one of their tires went flat. As they fixed the flat tire on the side of the road, six men with guns surrounded them and demanded money and drugs. They were left on the road, but they got to safety as time passed.
