We all have at least one fantasy where we can date our celebrity crushes. Although the chance of it actually happening is relatively slim, some of us did manage to win over the hearts of our idols. And if those lucky people happened to be famous stars themselves, so be it. As long as we can keep the hope alive, right?

1. Justin Bieber And Hailey Baldwin

Hailey told Vogue in 2019 that although she was never a superfan of him, she had to admit that he was cute and “everybody had a crush on him." Justin joked about her crush on him in 2019, posting on his Instagram story: "People always asked me if I'd marry a Belieber, well I did!!!"
They started dating in 2014 and finally made things official with a courthouse wedding in 2018. Two stars had a formal ceremony the following year in South Carolina.

Though they broke up in 2020 after less than a year together, Miley Cyrus and Cody Simpson have always been close friends then and now. Cody shared in a 2012 interview that Miley has “always been [his] childhood celebrity crush,” adding “I knew all the words to her songs, I'm not gonna lie. I'm not ashamed about it at all.”

Before they became ex-lovers, Ariana Grande had fallen for Pete Davidson the moment she laid eyes on him at an SNL taping. The famous singer told Jimmy Fallon in a 2018 interview that she had the biggest crush on Davidson and her friends used to make fun of it. “I was like, 'I'm marrying him, 100 %,'" she said.
They officially dated in 2018 and even got engaged, only to break up over a few months.

If you’re a big fan of Emily Blunt’s character in The Devil Wears Prada, you’re not alone. John Krasinski is a hardcore fan of the movie too. He had seen the film a total of 75 times. “I’m lucky enough that she stayed with me and didn’t realize that she had really married her stalker!” he said. The couple has been married since 2010 and has two daughters together, Hazel and Violet.

5. Lisa Bonet and Jason Momoa

The Aquaman revealed that his wife, actress Lisa Bonet, was his longtime childhood crush. “Didn't tell her that. I didn't let her know I was a stalker until after we had the kids," he jokingly added.
The actor also claimed that he had a crush on her since he was 8 years old and saw The Cosby Show. He turned his dream crush into reality in 2005. The two then got legally married in 2017 but broke up recently in January 2022.

6. Paul Bettany And Jennifer Connelly

The Marvel actor had a longtime crush on Connelly before he met her through their roles in the 2001 film A Beautiful Mind. "I remember seeing her across the table at the read-through and just thinking, 'I've never been this close to somebody that beautiful before,'" Bettany shared in a 2015 interview.
He also shared that 9/11 had made him realize he was in love with her, the fact that they weren’t dating. He spent two days trying to call her. “So I finally got her on the phone and said 'I'm coming over, and let's get married.' And that's really what happened. We had never dated," Bettany said. The couple got married in January 2003.

7. Kanye West And Kim Kardashian

Kanye West had a crush on Kim for a long time. He revealed his story during an appearance on On Air With Ryan Seacrest in 2013, saying “I remember I saw a picture of her and Paris Hilton, and I remember telling my boy, ‘Have you seen that girl Kim Kar-dijon?’” He even bought his first cell phone because he felt he had to "speak to her or something." Though they are now getting a divorce, there is no doubt that their marriage was one of Hollywood's most famous relationships.

8. Joe Manganiello And Sofía Vergara

Before they got together, Magic Mike star Joe Manganiello had a major crush on Sofía Vergara. Apparently, his crush was so famous among his friends that when Sofía was about to announce she was going to be single again, the editor of People magazine leaked the news to him. “He wrote to me: 'I want you to get there first. Go get her!'" the actor recalled. Manganiello and Vergara wed in Florida in 2015, a year after they started dating.

This is a case of mutual crush from both stars. David’s crush developed when he watched a Spice Girls music video on TV. Victoria was his favorite 'Spice Girl'. He told his friend, "See the girl in the dark short dress? I’m going to marry her."
Victoria also confessed to British Vogue that "love at first sight does exist [and] it will happen to you in the Manchester United players’ lounge."

And last but not least, we got the famous story of Jamie Lee Curtis and how she met her husband. Curtis shared in a 2004 essay for The Oprah Magazine that her first time seeing a photo of him was in an issue of Rolling Stone. It was a feature promoting his 1984 film This Is Spinal Tap.
"I looked at the man on the right, wearing a plaid shirt and a waggish smirk. I'd never seen him before, but I pointed at him," the actress recalled. She then told her friend: "I'm going to marry that man." And the queen just went and did what she said. The couple wed that year, and have been together ever since.
