Mesut Kaya had an obsession with the cartoons and comic books he discovered at the library. His attention switched to anime and manga because he enjoyed watching and playing Japanese media. Like most little boys at his age, he was a huge fan of Dragon Ball and drew inspiration from illustrator Akira Toriyama. He decided to become a digital designer who creates sketches rather than a mangaka, a writer and illustrator of humorous manga. He is currently employed as a motion and UI/UX designer, which requires him to spend a lot of time in front of screens. Whether through literature, music, games, or drawings, he has always sought to tell stories.
Mesut draws humorous comics that show a small and bald character with a thick mustache getting into amusing and occasionally uncomfortable situations in real life. People appear to really love the artist’s ability to convey all of his hobbies in this figure. His illustration’s main character is a blown-up version of himself who is very dear to him. Some are influenced by actual events, but the majority are the result of his making connections. Revising the narrative and experimenting with various approaches is enjoyable, even though he simply has to contend with the arbitrary requirement of telling tales in four panels. The amusing exploits of the little guy are uploaded on Instagram once a week by Mesut. He consistently strives to change people’s unhappy or depressed thoughts into happy or upbeat ones.
