Ingmar Bergman used to argue that movies are similar to dreams and that cinema is the only form of art that can access our emotions directly. To do this, there is an entire army of people working to ensure that the magic is preserved at all times and that we, the spectators, can immediately become immersed in the story.
On the other hand, things aren’t always going to go according to plan, and there will be slip-ups that only the most discerning viewers will pick up on—mistakes that many movie directors wish they could fix.
1. The Gentlemen (2019)

3. Thor: Love and Thunder (2022)
Christian Bale’s Gorr begins Thor: Love and Thunder on bended knee, pleading with the gods to bestow upon him their blessing. However, the actor’s recognizable wart switches sides multiple times between scenes, suggesting that some photos were flipped.

5. House of the Dragon (2022)

Fans of the Game of Thrones franchise may have observed that King Viserys wore a green glove in episode 3 of the new series so that the production team could digitally delete several of his fingers after the fact. Yet the scene was shown in that format. It was quite visible and went viral, but the creators vowed to correct it.
6. Jurassic World Dominion (2022)
