For this French artist, nothing is tougher than being a mom. And you know what? She has created a series of playful and honest comics to prove it.
When you're a first-time mother, everything seems to become overloaded and stressful. Parenting is a serious business, so not everyone can laugh about it. However, that’s not the case with Nathalie. The artist expressed all of her parenting struggles in a funny and honest way that everyone who has ever had kids will find painfully relatable.
As a mother of two children (a boy and a girl), the illustrator knows what parenting is really all about. From changing the body to not being able to go to the bathroom peacefully, Nathalie depicts a lot of the struggles women go through during different stages of maternity. After birth, the mother seems to move into a new life - it's not all pink, but it's a mix of different colors. There will have ironic situations that surely make moms themselves feel bad for laughing.
When having a baby, it is so much fun, pain, and happiness that only women can feel.
