Maybe you already know about cross-breeding animals. While some of these hybrid species emerge naturally, most do so as a result of human intervention and selective breeding.
There are many hybrid animals all around us that you may not be aware of. So here are the 8 strangest hybrid animals that you will not believe they ever exist!

#1.Tigon (Male Tiger + Female Lion)

 A tigon has the same parents as a liger, but the genders are reversed - a male tiger and a female lion. The body of a tigon is a light tan with stripes and a white underbelly, as well as a huge maned and spotted head. Tigons are only found in captivity as part of breeding projects since they are sterile.

#2. Geep (Goat + Sheep)

 A geep is a sheep-goat hybrid, often called an a'shoat'. Breeding between goats and sheep does occur in the wild on occasion, but the babies are usually stillborn. There have only been currently two types of examples of living geeps, both of which were sterile due to the nature of their chromosomes.

#3.Cama (Camel + Llama)

 They were first bred artificially inseminated in 1998 at the Camel Reproduction Center in Dubai for their fur and for usage as pack animals.

#4.Leopon (Male Leopard + Female Lion)

The leopon is a highly unusual hybrid of a male leopard and a lioness that has never been seen outside of captivity. The leopon resembles a legendary beast, with the head of a lion and the body of a leopard. The first leopon was developed in India in 1910, and it is estimated that just around 100 remain in the world today.

#5. Liger (Male Lion + Female Tiger)

 Although there are rumors of wild Ligers, as far as we know, they exist only in captivity where they are deliberately bred. They grow to be very large very quickly and are the biggest cats in the world.

#6. Beefalo: (Buffalo + Cow Hybrid Animal)

#7. Grolar bear

The first documented sighting of a grolar was in 2006, when DNA testing of a strange-looking bear shot on Banks Island in the Canadian Arctic confirmed the observation.

#8. Wholphin (Male false killer whale + female bottlenose dolphin)

Interesting wholphin fact: they have 66 teeth, which is nearly between the 88 teeth of bottlenose dolphins and the 44 teeth of false killer whales.
