Woman's Advert Looking For “Non-Weirdo” To Walk Dogs For Free Causes Quite A Stir

Walking dogs is a daily ritual for every dog owner. On busy days when people do not have time, they tend to depend on their families or friends. Sometimes, however, they have to entrust their dogs to dog walkers.

Many pet parents pay for someone to take care of their pets after rigorous research about the dog walker's credit. There are thousands of people willing to take the job, but it is probably impossible to find one without paying them.
A woman posted to social media an advert with the title "Sunrise dog walking buddy sought” to find a person who helped her walk three little dogs for free. Her friend was not available that day, so she needed another to reduce her time walking in half.

The post wrote: “As per title, I have lots of tiny dogs. I need a bit of walking assistance tomorrow morning as my usual Sunday buddy can't make it. You're welcome to bring your own dog but be warned, mine are loud, reactive little turds. I would need you to hold three leads.”

The poster’s requirement seemed quite simple. Anyone who was not weird and not fond of dog abuse was acceptable. "Please no weirdos or small dog bashing. You would need your own transport. Hopefully, I can find someone to cut my walk time in half."

While many netizens disapproved of the woman’s expectation of finding a dog walker to help her for free, some made fun of her idea about “no weirdo”.
One user left a sarcastic comment below the post: "You want to meet weirdos? This is how you meet them".
Another person added: "I wonder why her usual walking buddy 'can't make it'."
A third one shared that it was unreasonable to hope someone to walk three annoying dogs without any benefits: "To be honest, I wouldn’t mind walking someone's dog for free. I would like to have one join me on a hike - but not three little yappy dogs."
