When viewed from a distance, stars appear brilliant and breathtaking. However, if you get closer, the pain can become almost intolerable. The same could be stated about some of the most famous and creative minds who have ever lived on our planet.
Some of them were really strange, some were quite adorable, but some were so tragically bizarre that you could simply be thankful that you do not live in their neighborhood. After getting to know their odd personality quirks, which contributed to the fact that they were truly one of a kind and weird, it is simple to explain why they are like this. Scroll down to see the list of the seven super weird things that celebs have done.

7. Marilyn Manson

In 2001, Manson decided to grab a security guard during his Ozzfest act. He stroked his genitalia against the man's head while wearing pantyhose and a leather thong. Joshua Keasler, 25, charged the singer with battery and sexual assault. Manson paid $4,000 in fines after pleading no contest to sexual assault in 2002.
Paris Jackson tried to commit suicide in 2013 after being told she couldn't attend a Marilyn Manson concert. After taking 20 Motrin tablets, Jackson reportedly tried to cut her wrists with a meat cleaver. She was transported to a nearby hospital for recovery. Manson dedicated his song "Disposable Teens" to Jackson and dragged a meat cleaver across his forearm 'in sympathy with the then 15-year-old girl.

6. Nicolas Cage

Nicolas Cage masters facial expressions, profanity, and leather coats. He attracted so much attention with his coats that he woke up to see a man eating a Fudgsicle while wearing one of his. Cage also bought a stolen dinosaur skull and the rumored-to-be-haunted LaLaurie Mansion in New Orleans to write a horror novel.
The novel wasn't published. Cage bought a Bahamas private island, shrunken pygmy heads, and a pyramid-shaped mausoleum. Then there was the $150,000 octopus he bought in hopes of becoming a better actor. In History of Swear Words, Nicolas Cage is just like usual, just amplified (and with a bizarre dye job)

5. Lady Gaga

Lady Gaga may be best remembered for wearing a meat dress, bleeding during performances, and wearing an egg to an awards ceremony. Gaga once startled Eminem when she accepted an award in red lace and a crimson crown. In 2013, Gaga was reportedly rushed backstage on Late Night and squatted over a trash can. The strangest result wasn't Gaga's fault. Andy Cohen decanted the singer's pee into a bottle. Then his helper turned it into perfume.

Johnny Depp is a weird person outside of movies. In the 1990s, he gave interviews with an American English accent, but with time his accent became British, Irish, and Australian. After Hunter S. Thompson's suicide in 2005, he discharged his ashes from a cannon.
Nicolas Cage, Depp's roommate in the 1980s, urged him to become an actor. Cage advised Depp to attempt acting during a Monopoly game. This led to Depp meeting Cage's agent and landing A Nightmare On Elm Street. Depp has done strange things, like making a video apologizing for taking their canines to Australia with him and Amber Heard.
Months later, he joked that he slaughtered and ate his dogs "on orders from some sweaty, big-gutted Australian." Depp destroyed a billboard featuring his visage from 21 Jump Street because he didn't like the image. Once he was identified, security let him go.

3. Kevin Spacey

Kevin Spacey was a typical actor, earning a Golden Globe and five Emmys before being accused of sexual assault in October 2017. Netflix promptly cut Spacey from House of Cards and canceled his film, Gore. In October 2017, Spacey came out as gay and apologized to actor Anthony Rapp, whom he allegedly made a sexual attempt on in 1986 when Spacey was 26 and Rapp was 14.
Over 30 people claimed Spacey sexually abused them, including 8 House of Cards crew members. Spacey posted a video to YouTube on Christmas Eve 2018 in which he dressed as Frank Underwood from House of Cards. In the video, he asks, "Would you judge without facts?" In 2019, he reprised his Frank Underwood YouTube role with another video released on Christmas Eve.

Armie Hammer's 2021 isn't looking good, and it's just January. The scary DMs at the center of the actor's latest scandal haven't been authenticated. Hammer's DMs allegedly reveal rape, mutilation, and cannibalism. Several women claimed Hammer sent them these texts in January 2021. His views on BDSM in a 2007 interview with Playboy further hurt his credibility.
A stolen Instagram video from his private account shows a lingerie-clad woman resting on a bed, and Hammer calls her "Ms. Cayman." He instantly apologized to Miss Cayman Islands Universe Committee. In July 2019, Hammer released a video of his 2-year-old son gnawing on his toes for 7 minutes. Fans considered the video offensive and distressing.

Azealia Banks was a 2008 Myspace hit and signed at age 18. Like Kanye West, the rapper, singer, songwriter, and actress is outspoken about her politics on Twitter. Banks has feuded with Beyonce, Rihanna, Eminem, Lady Gaga, Dave Chappelle, Busta Rhymes, Lizzo, and Kanye. In 2016, Banks uploaded Instagram videos of her cleaning a closet filled with dead chickens, dried blood, and feathers.
She said this was witchcraft. Banks startled her admirers in January 2021 when she shared distressing Instagram videos of her frying her dead cat, Lucifer, three months after he died. She said, "No, I didn't eat the cat, and I especially didn't eat a cat that's been dead for three months." She said the videos show taxidermy. Banks confirmed that the skull she held in the video was a real skull she bought online. She said the crown was from a 6-year-old girl who died of head trauma.
