Even if animals can be doppelgängers, it's more fascinating when famous women and men appear alike. But in most cases, you wouldn't immediately notice it.
The similarities between the sexes, though, actually make a lot of sense. According to our genetics, all humans are 99% identical, so there are millions of men and women who look alike. There are plenty of men who look like women and plenty of women who look like men.
