9 Actors Who Share Traits With The Characters They Portray

During their acting career, actors and actresses have portrayed different types of characters and most of their on-screen roles don’t reflect their real personalities. For example, Kerry Washington played Olivia Pope, who is apolitical, power-hungry, and often sacrifices her morals in “Scandal” but Kerry isn’t. In addition to her, Mind Kaling expressed her frustration with how people always think that she is overly dramatic Mindy Lahiri.
Luckily, some actors were born to play the roles that shared personalities with the characters they played. It is called a perfect casting choice. When an actor has personalities in common with their character, it’s easy to deliver a performance that feels more sincere. It is not a surprise that he or she pulled off the role so perfectly and convincingly.
