Time is the same for everyone. We all have a budget of 24 hours a day. So, how to use that time most efficiently? Some use that time to work and earn a living. Others try to learn a new language. Anyway, it's up to each of us to make use of the time we have. And some of us are excellent at this.
Some people with true talents love to spend their time making stuff. Remember the last time you baked a cake or drew a painting? The feeling of accomplishment when you finish making something yourself is beyond satisfaction. Yes, that's an effective way to destress and balance your life. No wonder why people love to make handicrafts whenever they have time.
Even more, some people create incredible masterpieces while doing so. With extra time on their hand, the result of their work is just incredible.
