#1 Regular underwear isn’t good for physical exercise.

No matter how comfortable your favorite bra is, you should never workout while wearing it. During vigorous activities, a conventional bra won't provide the breasts the support they need, and the underwire, clasps, and straps may chafe sweaty skin. To ensure your comfort and security, choose a quality sports bra.

#2 It shouldn’t be too tight either.

Some people believe that for a more noticeable slimming effect, shapewear should be a few sizes too small. Yet, the fabric of corrective underwear, which is thick, elastic, and has compression capabilities, shapes your body, not the tightness of the garment. Moreover, wearing underwear that are too tiny might have the reverse effect, making you appear larger than you actually are.

While attending big occasions, some women opt to wear shapewear so they can appear and feel confident—even when wearing very tight clothing. Despite its customary, it is important to make sure that this delicate article of clothing is hidden from view. For instance, if you want to prevent your shaping shorts from showing when you least expect it, it's advisable to stay away from wearing a wrap dress or skirt.

When choosing to wear a tight dress, skirt, or pair of pants, it is important to make sure that your underwear doesn't have any noticeable texture, thick seams, or other issues. A fashion faux pas is having visible panty lines. The ideal option is seamless underwear or thongs for clothing that fits closely or is composed of thin fabric.

It's not always a good idea to wear a traditional bra with a back clasp. For instance, a backless garment need a particular kind of bra. Or perhaps you're sporting a thin, tight turtleneck that draws attention to whatever textures you could be wearing below. This garment will require a bra without any lace or decorations.
So that you can look beautiful in every clothing, it is best to have a few different bras for any occasion.

#6 A bra that’s too tight won’t provide you with a push-up effect.

Some women think that by wearing a smaller-sized bra, they might appear to have a larger breast. Yet wearing a tight bra can be unhealthy since it restricts airflow, impairs blood flow, and results in unattractive folds of skin on the chest and back. Choosing a push-up bra in your size with specific inserts in the cups is a much healthier alternative.

#7 It turns out that nude is not the only color of bra that you can wear under a white shirt.

Most of us agree that wearing black underwear with a white shirt is not the best decision. White underwear fits in the same way. Yet, it looks like a smart idea to go with a nude color as it blends in with skin tone and is nearly undetectable when worn with white clothing.
If you don't have a nude bra, though, consider donning a red bra. A white shirt nearly makes a red bra invisible, according to study. Just make sure it's true red—not a maroon or pink hue.

#8 Don’t make your bra straps too tight.

Around 30% of the labor required in supporting your breasts is performed by bra straps. The most support comes from the cups, sides, underbust band, and back wings, contrary to popular belief, which holds that straps should never be too tight. Moreover, unpleasant straps will only exacerbate your discomfort.
