Job Interview Short Stories That Are Just Too Funny

We bet that 9 out of 10 candidates will say that attending an interview is not at all a fun experience. When you're unemployed and looking for a job, anything you put on your CV and your performance during the interview can affect the result. There are some cases when a candidate got denied because of failing to notice little details. Yes, if you're an interviewee, maybe you do not and can not pay attention to every detail, but the interviewer will.
So, it's understandable to feel nervous before, during, and even after an interview. We poor souls desperately need a job to earn a living. But before we can get one, there are various challenges to overcome. Many employers have a mindset that because they're hiring employees, they are helping them and are in a higher position. With that in mind, they sometimes (un)intentionally make the interview process more complicated with absurd requirements and expectations.
It's true, sadly. Some even made up stories about candidates who got accepted, despite being unqualified, thanks to their attitude and a 'thank you' note they sent. Well, as if candidates don't have enough to worry.
Anyway, it's not that all cases are this stressful. As we said before, in maybe 1 out of 10 cases, a candidate has a chance to attend an interview with down-to-earth judges. That's all a candidate may expect. Everything is straight to the point, talking in no pretentious manner.
In the list below, people are sharing their experiences when they attended such interviews. It's safe to say that they must have felt a little bit surprised and excited when the interviewers turned out to be so humorous. We think that creating a comfortable atmosphere is recommended to help candidates express themselves the best. Well, just hope that everyone is like these people so we can breathe easier.

When was the last time you went for an interview? And how was it? Here, we believe that interviewers, in general, lack understanding and sympathy, if not a sense of reality. They have been through it before, but they seem to be completely out of touch with what candidates are struggling. Well, it's sad and frustrating.
