Bad Vice President Forced The IT Team To Be At The Office On The Day Off, And Then She Tasted The Bitter Fruits

What would you like to do on your day off? We think that almost all people want to do the things they like the most, which can fulfill their energy level to continue their work. Each person has their own interests. Some say that they mainly like to sleep the whole day on their day off. Some like to watch movies and catch up on movies they've missed. Some consider recording their house as a way to decrease their stress level. Others love shopping. And yet others spoil themselves with a meal in an expensive restaurant or a costly trip.
Although the ways people enjoy their day off are different, they seem to share one thing, which is the desire to escape from the hustle and bustle of life. They all hope that their boss will never demand them to be in the office or work on their day off. Take this IT team in the below story for example. The OP with the account named u/TheLightningCount1 shared their case on the r/MaliciousCompliance subreddit. They said that one day they received an email from a Vice President (VP), not over their department, or Bad VP. In that email, the VP told their team to be required on the 4th of July. Despite the fact that they politely told them no because their team had been scheduled that day off and people already had plans, the VP still couldn't accept their reason. Then they had the most expensive and delicious party at the office ever.
This is not the end of the story. The cherry on the cake is waiting for you. Scroll down to read the entire story to check out what the OP did to deal with this issue as well as what happened to the bad VP.
