Illustrator Creates Pet Portraits Inspired By Their Personalities, And The Results Are Awesome

Chris Beetow is an artist in the USA who specializes in drawing unique pet portraits filled with humor and personality. He has been creating pet portraits for people around the world. His goal for each drawing is to make himself laugh and he hopes they will bring a smile to anyone who needs it.
"Smiling and positive thinking will make us feel a little bit better so I am creating feel-good drawings every day and sharing them on Instagram. Visit daily for a fun pick me up," he shared.
Instead of just focusing on pets' appearance, the artist tries to capture their quirks, their habits, and the side of them that only their owners see.
"I’ve been creating portraits of people’s pets, but with a bit of a twist. My goal is to capture the “inner” pet in addition to their likeness. I ask the owners to give me a sense of their pet’s personality, and blammo… funny sometimes happens," he wrote on Bored Panda.
