This Guy Exacts A Petty Revenge On His Neighbor After The Neighbor Took His Parking Spot

What will you do if your annoying neighbor is constantly parking in front of your house? We understand that dealing with your inconsiderate neighbors who park where they’re not supposed to can be difficult and that your bad neighbor might be unwilling to remedy the problem. Yes, parking in front of your house is not illegal, but it is certainly inconsiderate. Imagine being late for work and rushing to get in your car, only to realize that your neighbor blocked your driveway entrance. It’s possibly even more infuriating than coming home from a long day at work and realizing that someone occupied your parking space.
If you have issues with your neighbors repeatedly and take matters into your own hands, it might be time to take some action. While some choose to deal calmly with their parking-spot-stealing neighbors, such as writing a note, talking to them directly, or installing a fence, this guy below chose a totally different way. The Redditor topathemornin shared his story about his neighbor who had taken his parking spot after he had shoveled the snow on r/pettyrevenge. And he decided to take an act of petty revenge on his neighbor to teach him a lesson about parking his car in the right place.
Now, scroll down to check out his story. And if you have been through a similar situation or any irritating experience with your annoying neighbors, feel free to share it with us. We feel you. We know how sick and tired you are of having to deal with bad neighbors and their noisiness, loud pets, and constant harassment.

Here is how the story started.

The situation happened on a cold winter day when 8 inches of snow had fallen the night before; which made getting their car out of the parking spot trouble.

The man had to take about 45 minutes in the freezing cold to shovel his wife's car to get to the store. But the cherry on the cake was that his nasty neighbor had taken his parking spot when he came back.

The problem is that their apartment doesn't have assigned parking, so his neighbor taking his parking spot is understandable.

The OP was so upset because he spent a lot of time shoveling the snow, especially on a cold winter day. As a result, he came up with an idea of taking an act of revenge on his neighbor to teach him a lesson about parking in the right place.

The next morning, the OP rolled on the floor laughing while witnessing his neighbor helplessly trying to scrape all of those layers of ice off his windshield.

There are some essential parking rules that are:
  • Anyone can park a car in a public street for 72 hours—after that, the vehicle will be towed
  • If your neighbor parked a car in front of your house a few days ago and didn’t move it yet, report it to the police. The neighbor might have stolen that car
  • It is illegal to park on a sidewalk
