In the subreddit r/confession, he shared that everything happened when he was working/traveling in Cairo Egypt. This country is full of street dogs, but sadly, residents hate them and treat them very badly.

One day, he was on his way home at 3 am when he witnessed a heartbreaking accident. A truck driver ran a stray dog over and drove away as if nothing happened. The man ran to the dog and pulled him from the street. He tried to save the dog but in vain. He was seriously injured and had no chance to live. The man had no choice but to put him down. He wanted to end his pain and prevented it further suffering.
