America is a strange land. And, thanks to its larger-than-life popular culture, the myths and lores surrounding the country have spread across the globe through decades. People are amused, and they wonder if these "myths" are actually myths at all or they are in actuality what Americans do on the regular basis, such as putting bread in the freezer or using red cups at parties (think early 2000s flicks like American Pie).
