When you don't have many resources, you don't have many options. So sometimes you just gotta throw your hands up and do things the cheap way because you just have to get it done. Some are more eager to do things "the cheap way" than the others. Some, even, abuse their ability and take advantage whenever situations arise without any single hesitation for they possess thief mentality.
