The Voice Cast Of Pixar's Turning Red Stands Side By Side With Their Characters

After a period of delay due to the epidemic, Pixar animation studios finally returned to the big screen with the movie “Turning Red”. The film portrays a 13-year-old Chinese-Canadian girl with the ability to transform into a "playful" shape. Specifically, every time this girl's mood swings, she transforms into a giant red panda, causing the teenage girl a lot of half-laughing, half-crying situations. It can be said that Turning Red is a great addition to Disney+’s expanding collection of Movies.

#1 Rosalie Chiang As Meilin "Mei" Lee

Rosalie Chiang inherits two Taiwanese and Singaporean bloodlines. This is her first time participating in acting as well as voice acting. Despite this, she made the audience satisfied.

#2 Maitreyi Ramakrishnan voices Priya in Turning Red.

Maitreyi Ramakrishnan, a Tamil-Canadian actress, portrays Priya. Maitreyi is well known for her lead role, Devi, in "Never Have I Ever" on Netflix. Maitreyi has been cast to play Devi by The Office and The Mindy Project icon Mindy Kaling.

#3 Mei's mom Ming is voiced by  Sandra Oh.

Sandra Oh is a Canadian actress. She is known for her role as Dr. Cristina Yang in Grey's Anatomy, Sideways, Under the Tuscan Sun and had a supporting role on the HBO original series Arli.

#4 Orion Le, who portrays Mei's dad Jin.

Orion appeared in a variety of roles on television shows such as Critical, Tyrant, and Informer. He has also acted in films such as Justice League and Star Wars: Episode VIII — The Last Jedi, and he recently had a leading role in the drama picture First Cow.

#5 Hyein Park as Abby

Abby is a lively Korean-Canadian teenager who is best friends with Mei in Turning Red. Hyein Park, who works as a storyboard artist at Pixar Animation Studios, plays Abby. Hyein has no acting experience, but she has worked on Toy Story 4, Soul, and Bao behind the scenes.

#6 Ava Morse voices Miriam.

Ava Morse is a child actress known for works Ron Wrong (2021) and Surprise Me! (2017).

#7 Finally, Jordan Fisher, who plays Robaire, and Finneas, who plays Jesse.

Robaire is one of the members of the boy band 4*Town and its lead singer. Come to the movie Turning Red, you will know that Jordan is a great singer. Jesse is also the fourth member of 4*Town. Finneas O’Connell co-wrote the boy band’s songs. He’s best known for roles in Glee, Modern Family, and Bad Teacher.
