Owners Build Mobile Bed For Their 16 Year-old Dog And Take Her To The Last Beach Trip With Family

There is one thingundeniable that: Dogs are the only creatures who love us more than they love themself. They deserve to live a happy life. Luckily, there are many dogs out there that are truly loved and cared for till the last days of their life. The story below will prove that. 
A kind-hearted couple, Tom and Lauren Antonino, have done a wonderful thing for their dog to fulfill her last wish.

The dog was named Cocoa, a 16-year-old Chesapeake Bay retriever. She was adopted by the couple when she was very little and became their lifelong companion. Cocoa really enjoyed being out. She loved music at Monkey Wrench in Suwanee, Georgia, and loved staying with her owners. The family have gone on many adventures together, visiting local breweries and going on beach trips.

When Cocoa reached her advanced age, she couldn’t move too far. Her owners knew she was in her final months of life, so they decided to create a mobile bed for her and take her to the last beach trip with family.
“This is a simple story about love. She benefited and so did we” Lauren said.

During the trip to Virginia Beach, a local resident, Carrie Copenhaver, spotted them. The woman was moved by their story. She decided to take some photos of Cocoa and shared their story on Facebook. Her post quickly reached thousands of sharing and comments praising the love the couple had for their best friend.
Cocoa passed away two years ago, but the memories of days together would live forever in her human parent’s hearts.
