Manager Refuses To Pay Out Employee's Vacation Days, Gets Backfired By The Terms Of Contract

Working for a company, employees try their best to accomplish the job in the hope that they will have the benefits they deserve. This world can be unfair. But when it comes to our benefits, we have to make it clear. In a working environment, it's hard to say you can count on anyone else to help you deal with unjust decisions from above. And you know, most of the time, your direct manager is the source of all the problems.
In the story below, a negligent manager refused to pay out the vacation days for an employee. The employee wanted to use up his saved vacations but got refused, so he wanted a paycheck for the unused vacation days. Things didn't turn out well as the manager said that it would not happen, and he would lose all his vacations. That seems like a really big red flag here already. And when the manager told him to read the contract, he did. And then he found something helpful that led him to the final decision, handing in the notice.
