Upcoming Marvel Series "Ironheart" Reveals New Cast Information

New information this week comes from Ironheart, the developing Marvel Studios TV series coming to Disney+. Accordingly, the show will focus on the titular protagonist, Riri Williams' alter ego, this time played by Dominique Thorne.
As for the news on the cast, the first one concerns Lyric Ross, who is most known for playing the role of Deja in the second season of This Is Us. There is no specific information regarding Ross's character but, according to reports, it seems that she will be giving the face to Riri's best friend. The actress, therefore, will play an important role in the series.

The next one refers to the role that Anthony Ramos will have in Ironheart. In recent weeks, various sources had reported the news of the actor's participation in the series and now this is officially confirmed. Also, it looks like Ramos will play the show's main villain.
In particular, his involvement has been compared to the role of Jonathan Majors in Loki. In this case, there are talks not only of Kang the Conqueror - or rather, of a variant of him - but above all of an antagonist who will have a prominent role throughout the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

If Ramos' role in this new Disney+ series is indeed the same, then it could be expected that his character will not appear in streaming only, or at least not just in a single product.
Unfortunately, this is the only news regarding the role of Anthony Ramos and it is not yet clear who he will play. Obviously, while waiting for official confirmations, everything must be taken with a grain of salt.

Last but not least, the character of Riri Williams will be introduced in the Marvel Cinematic Universe in Black Panther: Wakanda Forever and only after that will Ironheart be released.
The show will arrive in streaming on Disney+ and will consist of six episodes. No release date has been revealed just yet.
