Satisfying Moments When Employees Quit Their Unreasonable Bosses

The relationship between employers and employees must be a win-win. Employers have their tasks done, and employees get paid for their effort. No one owes anything here, and we all should keep this in mind. Some employers won't hesitate to exploit their employees to the fullest. And whenever employees refuse to take the order, the bosses blame them for not trying hard enough. That's suck.
Some bosses think that as they hire the employees, they have the right to call them in unnoticed at night or on their day off. Understaffing is not an issue for employees when they've already finished their shift. But sometimes, the bosses can be so unreasonable. It's like they think that employees exist to serve them only. No, we have our life, our friends, and our family. We have the right to relax and enjoy our time off of work. If your boss wants you to do OT, it's you to decide. Down below are some examples of bosses being jerks and demanding unreasonably. But these employees had the best response ever, just two words: "I quit!"
