Jeremy Renner might not be the one having the most drastic body transformation in "Avengers", but he actually undertook an extensive daily workout regime to change his physique, wanting his character to appear as a "hunter" Hawkeye. Renner apparently trained with Olympic archers to help him with the role and learn combat techniques. He had to get up at 4 every morning, work out for 8 hours and fight and stretch and do all this stuff because it’s part of his job. This is what he shared.

Brie Larson is really a respectable actor in getting into shape for her character, which surprised everyone. She talked about her routine that she had to train for an hour and a half every day for six months before filming, then she increased that frequency to twice per day for 3 months prior to the commencement of the filming. One such workout for her was to push a jeep with 2,000 kg for a whole minute!

His career trajectory had taken a downfall in the early 2000s when he was arrested multiple times for drug offenses and cycled in and out of jail. Since getting cast for Iron-man character, Robert Downey actually changed admirably. Firstly he got in shape and improved his lifestyle in a healthier way. He dropped 70 pounds and pack up a ton of muscle. To get that figure, he had to work out for 4 hours daily and follow a strict diet based on protein and vegetables.

Boseman was already in good shape but started working out for 4 hours a day to put on the muscle for his character. He learned and practiced capoeira, karate, kung-Fu, and jiu-jitsu to imitate excellent hand-to-hand combat.

He even claims to put on 20 pounds of more muscle every time he ventures out to lift the hammer for Marvel Studios by eating way more and lifting even heavier weights. For the latest movie, to play the role of a drunkard, a fat Thor, Chris put on 10kgs of pure muscle in his body to have natural face fat.

But to get into a superhero's form, he totally cut out all carbs, red meat, refined sugar, and alcohol from his diet and had a workout routine of a daily 30 mins run.
