Tiger's Motherly Instincts Let Her Save Twin Unresponsive Cubs In Breathtaking Moment

Believe it or not, motherly instincts are something females are naturally born with. We are not talking about human beings, but all beings. If you don't believe it, this is a fascinating birthing process of a wild Sumatran tiger that may blow your mind.
The rare and heart-melting scene when the mother tiger knew exactly what to do to save her unresponsive newborns was supervised by the Australia Zoo staff.

Although it was her first time giving birth, Kaitlyn acted as if she had a lot of experience licking her cubs to remove the amniotic sacs and encourage them to breathe again. She also knew to clean her two babies until the amniotic fluid disappeared and the cubs could respire properly.

Kaitlyn was not trained to do these things before, but her inner motherly instincts led her to do that to the staff's surprise. Giles Clark, who stood by the tiger as she gave birth to twin cubs, was able to film the process. Other staff carefully watched her from the monitoring screen because they didn't want to disturb or frighten the mother tiger.
