Dumbest Work Safety Fails That Would Make OSHA Faint

Whatever job you are working on, there are safety regulations that each employee must follow. You might feel obligated, but it's for the sake of you yourself. And, come on, the requirements are stated clearly and highly visible at any workplace, so just do what they say. You should care for yourself and also others. No one would want to get injured at work. We better eliminate any risk before we can see one.
However, some people seem to like action movies a bit too much that they bring some scenes out to reality. They like to walk on the roof, hang outside buildings, or play with electric wires. Importantly, they do all these things with little or no protective equipment at all. We bet that OSHA would probably faint upon seeing the pictures of these people at work.
