During the month of October, we have been viewing many Halloween-themed films. One of the best is "Hocus Pocus"- a Halloween classic that families have loved for the 2 decades. Disney's celebrated the 25th anniversary of this film in 2018.
“Hocus Pocus” tells the story of a malevolent comedy trio of witches including leader Winifred, goofy Sarah, and high-strung Mary. Three hundred years ago, 3 witches were executed. But on Halloween night in Salem, Massachusetts, they are mistakenly revived by Max Dennison. From then, it is a confrontation between the witches vs Max and his friends. Because the witches have to steal the lives of children before daybreak or the witches would vanish forever. Now Max, his girlfriend Allison, and his younger sister Dani have an important task. They must protect all the children in Salem from the witch sisters.
Fans of Hocus Pocus are more intrigued than ever by the sequel in the works. Disney+ revealed additional details for the highly anticipated sequel, which is now in development in Rhode Island. Bette Midler, Sarah Jessica Parker, and Kathy Najimy will reprise their roles from the 1993 picture.
