"Uncharted" Releases First Official Poster Featuring Tom Holland And Mark Wahlberg

Spider-Man: No Way Home has arrived in theaters, but it doesn't mean Tom Holland's work will just stop here. In fact, the Marvel star today has been spotted featuring on the first poster of Uncharted - an upcoming movie created based on the same-name exclusive PlayStation video game by Naughty Dog and published by Sony Interactive Entertainment, and his fans simply can't wait.
Accordingly, this brand new film stars the British actor as young Nathan "Nate" Drake - the protagonist of the video game series and Mark Wahlberg as Victor "Sully" Sullivan - one of the two deuteragonists.

In addition to the two actors who show up in the poster, the cast will also include Sophia Ali, Tati Gabrielle, and Antonio Banderas.

Produced by Sony Pictures and directed by Ruben Fleischer, Uncharted is described by Sony as an action-adventure movie that centers on the treasure hunter duo and their first journey together. More specifically, its official synopsis reads:
"Inspired by the acclaimed video game series, this action-adventure epic spans the globe and follows Nate and Sully as they embark on the dangerous pursuit of 'the greatest treasure never found' while also tracking clues that may lead to Nate's long-lost brother."

There has been no official confirmation yet, but this cinematic project is expected to tell the story of Nate and Victor Sullivan when they first met each other. According to several reliable sources, Uncharted the movie was inspired by some sequences present in Uncharted 3: Drake's Deception.
