Many Japanese Mom have the habit of decorating their home-cooking meals in order to increase their kids’ appetite. but honestly, not everyone can nail it the way this amazing mother does! Meet Kao, a nursery teacher and mother of two boys from Yokohama, Japan who has a wonderful ability to create lovely bento that will definitely melt your heart and make you go “aww”. As a huge fan of Peanuts’ Snoopy and other popular animated characters from Disney/Pixar movies, she often comes up with colorful cartoon-inspired lunch boxes that any foodie would absolutely adore.
If you visit Kao’s Instagram page (which has racked up nearly 3000 followers so far), you will come across numerous familiar faces from world-famous animations like Toy Story, Finding Nemo or Up… However, despite the fact that they all look super luscious and “tempting”, we bet that not many people have the heart to ACTUALLY eat them. Just look how cute they are!
