Story Reveal And Details You Would Not Want To Miss In "The Book of Boba Fett" Trailer

Disney has just released an over 1-minute long trailer of the incoming TV series The Book of Boba Fett and there is more than meets the eye from this short trailer. The success of The Mandalorian paved the way for more projects to be created within the Star Wars universe. The Book of Boba Fett will be following closely to the ending of The Mandalorian season 2 with Boba Fett and Fennec Shand coming in, killing Jabba the Hutt, and claiming the empty throne.
The Book of Boba Fett will focus on Tatooine's criminal underworld, Jabba's legacy, and Fett's career change.  Below are some interesting details to take from the first trailer of the series that will soon be aired on December 29.

#1 B'omarr Monk Wander outside Jabba's Palace

The black bug at the beginning is a B'omarr Monk, aka, Brain Walker. These strange creations are essentially a monk's brain inhabiting a droid's body. They were first spotted in Jabba's palace in Return of the Jedi. This detail shows how the palace's new lord ejected those who once dwelt inside - religious fanatics included.

#2 Boba Fett Is Not a Bounty Hunter

After The Mandalorian season 2, Boba reunited with his iconic armor but instead of following the old path The Book of Boba Fett's protagonist resolves to leave bounty hunting behind. It is proven by his first words "I am not a bounty hunter," from the trailer. He saw hopes to lay down roots on Tatooine and seek different career opportunities

#3 Jabba's Throne Is Officially Occupied by Boba Fett

The Ithorian character helpfully confirms Jabba's throne is now officially occupied by Boba Fett. Even other local criminals recognized Boba as Jabba's true successor.

#4 Tatooine Looks Better Than Ever

This scene show Tatooine  surrounded by steep cliffs on all sides, the visuals utilize the same high-tech StageCraft wall as The Mandalorian perfectly show a fruitful and developed Tatooine ruled over by the Ithorian.

#5 Friend or foe for Boba Fett?

The trailer reveals a new character - an Ithorian - who appears to be a local Tatooine lord. The Ithorian intends to employ the infamous mercenary for a mission but Boba doesn't seem in the mood for that kind of business. This new character could be a rival crime lord who attempts to intimidate the protagonist, thus triggering conflict between both sides.

#6 Texts on Jabba the Hutt's Throne?

On Jabba's throne, there are some texts on it and curiously the language is an old Sith tongue that many fans have translated to "Boba Fett."

#7 Jabba The Hutt's Old Captains

After taking down Jabba the Hutt, one of Boba Fett’s first tasks is taking Jabba's old captains to work under his control. He intends to offer these scum and villainy an opportunity to make everyone rich.

#8 Boba Fett Wants to "Rule with Respect"

Boba stated: “Jabba ruled with fear; I intend to rule with respect.". This line is such a good character development for our anti-hero protagonist. He seems to be wiser than the villain when he tried to kill Han Solo under Darth Vader’s order.

#9 Tusken Raiders Appearance

Sand People - Tusken Raider is an essential part of Tatooine. Thus, in the trailer, a quartet emerges from the brow of a dune. It's not clear what role Tusken Raiders will play, but from their appearance in The Mandalorian season 2 and how Boba Fett intends to rule, Boba Fett may ally with the Sand People.

#10 Boba Fett & Fennec Shand Attacked by The Ithorian's Guards

Boba Fett and Fennec Shand are surrounded by guards wielding laser shields and electric spears. Judging by the clothes these enemies, Boba and Shand are probably assailed by the Ithorian's guards. This action sequence sent Boba on a Berserker killing spree seen in The Mandalorian season 2 when Stormtroopers descended on Tython.

#11 Would Boba Fett Success in an attempt to be different or not?

In the meeting, when a captain threatens the new ruler, and Shand reminds them why are they still alive even after speaking such insolence, and Boba merely assures them, "speak freely.". Although this sounds like an open-minded ruler, there is something odd about his tone, it’s like a calm moment before the storm. It is clear that he does not want to follow the old way, but whether Boba Fett would succeed or he would follow the same dark path is an open question
