Mom Writes A Letter In Sidewalk Chalk To "Karen Neighbor" Who Complained About Her Kid's Sidewalk Chalk Drawings, And It's Awesome

Sidewalk chalk is pretty much a fun thing to do for both children and parents. Parents use it to teach their kids about numbers, letters, colors, shapes, and many more. We're sure that many of you here grow up with sidewalk chalk as a part of your childhood. That was a fun thing to do, indeed. There hardly was anything else that could keep all the children interested better than these colorful sketches. And in fact, kids today enjoy doing sidewalk chalk drawings, too.
Playing with sidewalk chalk has so much fun. That's an ideal way to keep a creative mind and foster an abundant imagination. However, it looks like not all of us enjoy sidewalk chalk or even feel annoyed when someone else uses it. And there's an actual case when a woman got so annoyed by a mom and her toddler using sidewalk chalk in the courtyard. So annoyed that she even complained the mother and her kid to the co-op board.
Many people and also the mom, Ashley Woodfolk, didn't have a clue why the woman was so upset with that totally harmless fun. So as she tweeted her letter to that woman on her account, the stories quickly went viral. Maybe her toddler didn't draw so well, and that made the woman feel uncomfortable? Or just the colors were not pleasing to the eyes, and the woman just didn't like it? We may never know. But we do know is that the letter which Ashley wrote to that woman, in sidewalk chalk, in the courtyard, is absolutely awesome.
