Kei Phillips is a UK-based artist and illustrator is one of those passionate artists of Disney. It's safe to say Kei has an incredible eye for design and a special aptitude to convey the most genuine spirit for her illustrations. Since she can live with her passion, this 2D artist would "spends her days illustrating characters from much loved Disney animations to be used on Disney global consumer products" all the time.
