This Rescue Cat Looks Like He’s Always Startled And People Just Can’t Get Enough Of His Funny Expression

Social media has been recently stirred by an incredibly cute cat, and it’s not the kind of cute that we often picture. Meet Fedya, a hilarious kitty from Rostov, Russia who is busy stealing hearts daily with his unique expression. For some reason, Fedya looks like he’s startled all the time, and his 35.5k followers on Instagram absolutely love it!

Fedya was spotted in the backyard of his mommy Natalia Zhdanova last year when the little kitten was only a few days old. He looked quite weird back then with a pair of misaligned eyes, and he seemed to be having trouble using his hind legs.

Right after meeting the poor stray, Natalia immediately took him in and tried her best to nurse him back to health.

The funny thing is, Natalia wasn’t the only one who deeply cared about her fur baby’s well-being. A neighbor’s cat named Handsome was very fond of Fedya too. He came by every day to hang out with the grey cat and make sure he was doing just fine.
"He was very weak and was dying. Handsome cleaned and licked Fedya and became like a father figure to him," Natalia shared in an interview with the SWNS.

Under the care of his thoughtful mom, Fedya’s health conditions quickly improved and he also regained his zest for life. Even though the real reason behind his strange expression remains unclear, he is now the happiest kitty on Earth!
"Now he is much healthier. He is a very sweet, gentle, playful, and intelligent cat. He purrs very loudly," Natalia continued.

Needless to say, Fedya and Handsome’s bond gets much stronger over time as well. They are now inseparable!
"He is inseparable with Handsome," Natalia added. "They are the best of friends."
