This Ocean-Loving Kitten Absolutely Thinks He’s One Of The Dogs

It's no secret that cats see water as their mortal enemy, but Marlin is a cat like no other! He loves the ocean, and he can swim like a pro. He has been living a fabulous life that many of us dream of.

The little ginger tabby often joins his mommy, daddy and doggo siblings on fantastic adventures toward the sea. He likes to wander along the beach, hop on the boat and chill with his gang, enjoy fresh seafood and swim in the canal.

Marlin's unique habit perhaps comes from the fact that he has been raised by the four devoted dogs living in his house: Buxton, Hattie, Shady and Buoy. Well, "cat see, cat do" - Marlin seriously thinks he is one of the dogs and never wants to be left behind.
"He has watched them since the first day we got him," said his mommy Caroline Jarvis. "He wanted to do everything that the dogs were doing, from drinking out of their water bowl to jumping in the truck to go to the beach, swimming in the ocean, jumping on the boat to go fishing and so much more."

The baby cat also forms a strong bond with his canine siblings. He always hangs out with them all the time and they have tons of fun together!
"Marlin loves to play with the dogs," she continued. "He is so crazy. Every time we turn around he's hunting one of them or you know, just ready to attack and jumping all over one of them. He's so funny."

Marlin came to their big family just less than one year ago and his mommy was really worried about whether he could be able to adapt to their lifestyle at first. But it turned out he was even far beyond their expectation.

This boy must be born an explorer at heart! He is fearless, brave and daring. Such an amazing kitty!
