These Superb Smoothie Bowls Of This Teenager Are Unbelievably Fascinating

Cooking is not as easy as it looks. This seemingly easy job can result in some ridiculous inedible dishes and sometimes even make people burn out their entire kitchen. Most of the time, knowing how to cook properly is considered good at cooking. However, to say someone is truly a good home cook is not that simple.
But still, there're always exceptions for anything. Please meet Jose, a 19-year-old vegan from Lima, Peru, and his mind-blowing smoothie bowls. For an average teenager, being able to make breakfast is already good. Even better, Jose can make his foods look like a work of art.

He creates his colorful smoothie bowls from different types of fruits and berries. The key is that those ingredients must be bought fresh and then frozen in advance. Therefore, the base will have pretty pastel colors after blending. Matcha, mango, berries, pink pitaya, and spirulina are some of his most used natural colorings.

Jose said that the base is quite simple, only takes a few minutes to make, but coming up with the concept and deciding the decoration can take several days. Also, the smoothie will melt, so the styling needs to be done as quickly as possible. All the props he uses are edible too. They are chocolates and cookies that are shaped according to the concept.
