12 Times Casting Directors Proved How Much They Deserve Their High Salary

When a movie or TV Show uses flashbacks or flash-forwards, casting directors may get a bit tricky since it's not always feasible for one actor to play both parts. Therefore, it is very important to cast both a young and senior version of a character. But finding a younger version of a cast can be a difficult task.
Being able to play a younger version of a character in a movie or TV show convincingly isn't just about uncanny appearance and a similar hairstyle. It also requires the ability to imitate the person's mannerisms, emotions, voice intonation, and even gait. And in Hollywood, some casting directors are total wizards and managed to find the perfect mini-mes for some roles. They deserve an award for making fans wonder if they are looking at the same person at different times because the younger actor is an almost identical doppelgänger!
Here is our list of 12 examples of excellent casting that made us do a double take and, in some cases, actually question reality.
