See These Actors Looked At The Same Age As Their On-Screen Selves

The world of acting is a very complex one, and actors have to give their all to deliver outstanding performances in each of their roles. But characters are not always created specifically for a particular actor. Therefore, they sometimes go to great lengths to fit the perfect roles, whether it is by adopting method-acting techniques or drastically reducing their body weight. However, in other cases, actors manage to blend into characters who are considerably older or younger than themselves with only a little makeup or the proper outfit.
Thanks to the makeup and costume crews, our favorite actors can have spectacular transformations. And because of how well the performers below portray their parts, you might be startled to hear that they portrayed people who are a significant age apart from themselves. From Milly Alcock to Orlando Bloom, scroll down to see who they are and what characters they take on.

Older actors portray younger parts in both the prequel and the original series. When Jack Gleeson played the 17-year-old King Joffrey Baratheon, he was 12 years old. To be fair , Jack, 12, was too sweet to play a cruel and ominous king.
