Harry Kane has heaped praise on his teammates after England kicked off their World Cup campaign with a 6-2 win over Group B rivals Iran.
Surprisingly, England's captain and second-highest scorer didn't put his own name on the scoreboard in the win, but he was still excited by the team's performance.
In a heartfelt video message to his social media account, Kane praised the England team and fans after their resounding victory in Qatar. But he gave the most praise to two young teammates Jude Bellingham and Bukayo Saka
"Congratulations to Jude for his first England goal, there's no better place to do it," beamed Kane. Bellingham, 19, opened the scoring in the first half; his first goal in 18 appearances for the Three Lions.

"Bukayo [was] on fire with two great shots," added the England captain. Saka was a constant threat to England throughout the game, before being substituted in the second half. The Arsenal player's ability to dribble and direct running was key to getting Gareth Southgate's side off to a strong start.
He took a 3-0 lead after the break, with Raheem Sterling scoring another goal against Bellingham and Saka. The next goals of Saka, Marcus Rashford and Jack Grealish sealed the victory.
Despite the enthusiastic celebrations, England manager Southgate declared his displeasure with the way England conceded two goals in the second half against Iran. Kane, on the other hand, seems delighted.
