30 Inspiring Illustrations By A Belgian Artist That Build Confidence In Every Girl And Woman

Feminism is the support of women’s rights based on gender equality. Even if we think most of our lives are uninteresting, we’re happy to see how others live and what they experience, even though they may think their lives are just as boring as ours. Maybe it is those seemingly little disparities and our lack of familiarity with other people's lives that draw us to learn more about them. Let us introduce you to Prudence, a Belgian artist well-known for her insightful illustrations of the feminine world, as our special guest today!
Prudence used to be abused as a child and was, even worse, bullied all through school. Fortunately, she was able to find a safe haven in art school, which has helped to lighten her dream of becoming an artist. She loves painting, especially with oil paint on canvas. Not long later, her dreams were tragically dashed by a perverted teacher. She suffered from eating disorders, OCD, and depression. In order to become what she desired in 2009, it was important to have a degree. She began drawing once more while working in a call center around the year 2015, and that is when she began to rediscover herself. She had a very small apartment where she lived, and in 2017, she made the decision to post all of her work on Instagram.
Prudence found great inspiration in her brother’s sketchbooks, encouraging her to continue honing her background and improving her work. She admitted that life itself has the most significant impact on her life right now. daily struggles, joys, and other aspects of life in their rawest form. She abandoned everything at the moment to pursue her career as an artist after a stranger uploaded her work on 9GAG and it was quickly picked up. Women, their bodies, and self-love all play a major role in her comics. The artist wants everyone to be at ease in their own skin, let the pressure from society to succeed go, and own it all.
Prudence appreciates how well her art is received by the community and uses it to promote body positivity and mental health. Be ready, we have included 35 of her energizing drawings right below. Let’s see how they magically brighten your own world!
