Experts indicate that the best time to have kids is between your late 20s and early 30s.  This range of age is associated with the best outcomes for both you and your baby. And the ideal age to give birth to a first child is 30.5. Still, there's a number of women who had kids after 35.
By the age of 35, the risk of miscarriage and genetic abnormalities also starts to rise. You might encounter more complications in your pregnancy or during delivery having a baby later in life. When you get older, your odds of conceiving will be significantly reduced (7% by the age of 40).
