Carlisle works as a doctor in a small town, so his “children” need a cover that nobody would get suspicious of. 4. Where Harry Has The Mirror Shard From

During the Deathly Hallows film, Harry just randomly pulls out the shard and asks the stranger he sees there for help when he is in danger. If you didn’t read the book or didn’t remember all details from the book, you might find this detail quite confusing. Where the hell did this artifact come from?
This one is actually the movie writers’ fault. In the fifth book, Sirius gave Harry the mirror so they could communicate through it. The mirror broke, but Harry kept a shard with him. The second piece went to Aberforth Dumbledore, and he sent Dobby to the rescue.
